Does Columbus have any art galleries that have more modern or technological exhibits?

Pittsburgh has an awesome museum called the Wood Street Galleries that would feature exhibits such as robots, video loops and programming ideas, among many other things. Admission was free, and I personally loved sitting in some of the exhibits for hours and zoning out.

I was wondering if Columbus has anything like that. I’ve checked out the Short North, but most of the stuff I see is either abstract art or Thomas Kinkade knockoffs.

Bonus Question: What was your favorite art exhibit?

Here’s a link for the Wood Street Galleries, by the way http://www.woodstreetgalleries.org/
