How could someone hack into my Fluther?

I just noticed an alert for the post about what to name a black cat. I was confused because I never wrote a comment in that thread but yet it alerted me. So I searched through the thread to find that I (but it wasn’t me) left a comment about having a cat named midnight. That wasn’t me. I never had a cat named midnight! How could someone hack into my Fluther? Do you think they have other personal information also? I’m worried…How do I protect myself?
