What's the name of this band?

This is driving me absolutely nuts!

I’ve been trying to remember the name of a band. There are only 2 people in it and it’s basically a blend of electronica and rock.

On the album cover I remember there was a woman in a white wife beater shirt and on the back side of the album you could see that she’s holding a knife behind her back.

i realize this is a shot in the dark but DAMN…I’ve got to remember the name of this band!
