Are there any up-to-date tutorials for Interface Builder 3 with.xib for Cocoa development (not iPhones)?

Are there any tutorials for Cocoa development which show how to use Interface Builder 3? It seems like a lot is different. It is driving me nuts! The iPhone tutorials are all up-to-date, however, all the Mac tutorials are not.
