Do you remember much about your past?

I find that I’ve forgotten a lot. I get lost in the hometown I spent most of my life in. I forget names of people I was friends with in high school, heck, I barely remember high school or any of my school at all. Even if I do take a trip down memory lane and even visit some of the old haunts, I feel like I’m observing someone else’s life instead of my own. I’m not terribly old, either, I’m 26 and I left when I was around 20. It’s kind of a weird feeling, and I don’t like it much at all.

How keen is your memory? Are you in the same boat as me, or do you remember everything in vivid detail?
