What external flash can I use with Fuji Finepix S9600/S9100?

I have a Fuji S9600/S9100 and though the internal flash is adequate, it takes too long to charge and thus before i can take another picture the moment is gone. I need a flash that will allow me to shoot in quick succession and preferably one that has a diffuser attachment or allows for it.
