What is a good (highly) infectious virus to use as a base?

I’m looking for a virus that is Highly infectious and contagious, but only transmitted through saliva and blood
That shows symptoms within a period of 12hrs or less
That has no known cure as of yet
That doesn’t damage lower brain functions

any suggestions?
I’m at a loss, I’ve been googleing so much my eyes hurt
