What can I do for extreme pain having to do with bladder issues?

Since I was 15 I have had bladder infections one right after the other. I have been put on antibiotics and was also prescribed ditropan for urgency. I have cut back on soda and been drinking water but I keep having awful spasms and sometimes when I sit if I don’t sit down softly it will send a shooting pain in the bladder area. The pain is so bad that it takes my breath away. Has anyone else experinced this and can anything be done about it?
