How should I get a very casual, plain looking makeup style. (with brown eyes/hair and pale skin)

I really am aiming for a makeup style that looks barely there, I want to lean towards the washed out end of the spectrum, not the bright loud end. I don’t want to emphasize the makeup. I just want my skin to look clean, even, and for my face to just look “chill”

Here’s a picture of Tegan and Sara, their makeup is basically the epitome of what I am trying to make mine look like. Do you guys know how to achieve this look?
