I need gift ideas for a neighbor who has really helped me out this year.

All semester long my neighbor has driven my kids home from school two afternoons a week. It has been an enormous help to me because I was able to take a class that wasn’t offered at any other time. The holidays are here and I want to get something special to say thank you. Of course I am broke so I can’t break the bank, but I would really like to let her know how much I appreciate what she has done for me. Any great ideas?
