What should I do with my remaining sheet of puff pastry?

I used one of two sheets of puff pastry as the top crust of my chicken pot pie tonight. Now I have one thawed sheet of puff pastry left in the fridge. I’m thinking it should be used soon. So what do you suggest? Any favorite (easy) recipes?
