Need some ideas what to buy my Mother-in-law for Christmas...

Is anyone else struggling with ideas for Christmas presents for family and friends this year?
I got the kids / grand-kids / neices and nephew (hey toys are easy to pick!) pressies no problem, but am having a bother finding the right pressie for my Mum in law (I mean where can you buy barbed wired slippers these days lol).
I got a chocolate coin making machine for one grand-daughter – that’s gonna be cool fun! and a smoothie maker for my 5 year old grand-daughter – designed for kids of course! lol. So gonna be making smoothies and coins till middle of next year I think! (unless the novelty wears off real quick wich it tends to do with kids dont it?)
So looking for ideas…...........
