Why do I hate every single piece of clothing I look at?

It’s time to buy new clothes. I have been looking at a bunch of things… and every time I look at something, I don’t particularly feel one way or the other about it. Everything is meh. I want to look good, but clothes seem like such a useless expense to me. What the hell can I do?
