Default programs to open picture files in problem...help?

I’ve been sending JPG zip folders to my daughter containing pictures I’ve taken, for a project she has going. Since she got the first one, her computer will only open the zip files in “Nero Photosnap Viewer Essentials.” Now it’s defaulting ALL pic files, not just the ones I’ve sent, to be opened with that program. That won’t work for her, because she can’t copy and paste that way. She didn’t install that program, she didn’t choose it to be the default program. It’s a bit more of a problem than just her project, because it’s also affecting picture files she needs to manipulate for her job, too.

Can somebody tell me what has happened, and how we can fix it? Mine open with Extraction Wizard…..
