In Sony Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9, how do you...?

edit the videos so they don’t still play when they’re done playing?

I’ve rendered the videos and then when I play them in windows media player to check them, they still play even after they’re done.

Also, at the beginning, there is a 5 second delay of starting the video.

Anyone know how I fix this?? Thanks!!
