Please help! How do I delete an avatar picture I uploaded to make room for another?

This is probably simple, I know. I have done it before and now I’m drawing a blank. Can someone help me out here?! I have 4 currently and when I try to upload another it says I’m at my max. So, how do I delete some to make room?
