What is something silly that has become part of the holiday tradition in your family?

In my family is has become a tradition of sorts to disguise and gift boxes of cordial cherries. One person will invariably get six or seven boxes of them. The joke is, the things are very sweet and no one really cares much for them but wouldn’t be rude enough to throw them away. What prank or running joke can be expected when your family gets together?
