I had a night of drinking. Has this ever happened to you?

I threw up blood. I drank a couple beers throughout the night and a bottle of wine after I smoked a joint. I felt fine the next day. I am thinking I threw up because I drank too much and there was too much pressure on my esophagus. I threw up quite a bit of blood, but it was not thick at all. I had not eaten any foods that were red and did not consume any red drinks.

Should I go see a doctor for this? Or, is this something I can shake off because I feel fine now and it was just from the alcohol? I do not have any conditions like ulcers that I know of.
