I have been in love with my best friend for about 15 years now things could change maybe?

ok so i met her in the 7th grade (yes i know a long time ago) we lost contact for about 5 years and just recently got back in contact. i am 26 so we have known each other for around 15 years. we have been there for each others darkest hour and have laughed and cuddled and done things that best freinds do BUT, she knew back in the day that i had a huge crush on her but we both understood that she just wanted to be freinds and our relationship stay the way it was. now i am goin to visit her in about a month and she is so excited. my problem is that i still feel the same way about her that i used to except alot stronger and more passionate. now my problem is that she told me to not get upset if when we are drinking together if she trys to kiss me or maybe more. omg that is my biggest fantasy come true i mean i think aobut her constantly and now she tells me this. could she feel differently about me now?? possibly the same way i feel about her? i am so excited to go see her but i dont wanna get my hopes up about something happening that may not happen at all. any advice from anyone???
