Is there something like Hotwire but for international cities?

I know Hotwire works for some international cities. I’m traveling to South America (Mainly Argentina) and though I’ll mostly want to stay in hostels I might want to splurge for a few nights during my trip. Are there any sites similar to Hotwire that might have hotels in Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Montevideo, Santiago… etc? Thanks!
