How do i get application waivers now?

I was going to get some application waivers from my counselor after everything had settled down school wise with projects and finals and in the last few weeks of school i caught pneumonia and everything went downhill from there, and i wasn’t able to go and get waivers. So is there any way that i could get my apps passed or do i just have to widdle (i thought that was a word) down the number so i can afford to apply? Can i just call or what?
