Any home remedies to cure cystic acne?

I’ve developed a few cystic acne spots and have been using nelsons natural acne gel, cetaphil face moisturizer and a few vitamins along with plenty of water every day yet the lumps behind my skin are still there after a week. I’m wondering if you have any alternative cures for this type of cystic acne.
