What computer systems can scrapbook factory deluxe 3.0 work with?

I have Scrapbook Factory Deluxe version 3.0. I got a new computer and I am not sure whether it will work with my computer. Right now the system I have is Windows Vista. I know that version 4.0 works with Vista but I need to know about version 3.0. Thanks! :)
