Clones vs sentient androids, which do you think you'd live to see 1st?

What do you think you would live to see 1st, clones or androids? I maybe date stamping myself but growing up watching the space launches and the Shuttle going form imagination to functioning space craft the idea sic-fi wise and not so far off real science was that we would have flying cars by 2001 yeah, that went well but that we would also have sentient androids or cyborgs before we ever had clones. But now I believe before I die I would see or hear in the news some clone from some secret experiment this government or another has been exposed. I don’t believe I would see a fully sentient mechanical organism like Star Trek’s Data, Arnold Swartzenegger’s Terminator, or Ash on Alien. I don’t think I will even see a close C3P0 representation before I die, what about you?
