How did you find Fluther?

I’ve seen other Q&A sites mentioned. And from what I’ve read some of you left those sites because of the big groups, bad moderation, immaturity, etc. I think I found out about Fluther from Neatorama, but I’m not sure. So how did you find Fluther and why do you stay?
