Why do you buy iPhones people?

Every time i check my account here on Fluther i see at least one “question for me” that refers to an iPhone or iPod problem. This could mean two things. Either the Apple products are shit or all the Fluther users own one. So tell me why have you bought that thing? Apple claims on its website that Apple products “just work” and they highlight this phrase as a reason to buy one.
So owners of an iPhone let me ask you some things.
You paid so much money to buy a thing that doesn’t even have a radio! Its battery is gone in 5 hours of talking. The camera is 3 Mpix and the screen resolution is 480×320. The memory is LIMITED to 32 GB. Great phone! Like maddox says you buy it cause you thing you play in an Apple commercial. I won’t talk about the kick-ass Nokia N900 that brings mobile phones in another level and makes iPhone look like 10 years old. I will ask you why haven’t you bought the Nokia 5800 xpessmusic that costs half of the iPhone price and it has all the iPhone goodies like touch screen (actually better than the iPhone’s),colour depth of 16million , GPS, flight mode, mp3 playing, e-mail, video recording, WiFi plus it is better than the iPhone in screen resolution which is 640×360, plus it has a radio player, plus you can use micro SD cards for memory so you can have as much as you want, plus the camera is 3.2 Megapixels, plus the battery lasts for 8.8 hours of talking, plus you can do video-calls. Are you a victim of advertising? Why pay 300$ more to have something that sucks completely? And if you have the money and want to spend it anyway why haven’t you considered the best phone every made Nokia N900? Which is actually again 100$ cheaper than the iPhone.Just tell me a reason to buy an iPhone
