32" Monitor/HDTV with the best refresh rate?

I currently have a Samsung 24” 244T monitor which has a 60hz. Refresh rate. I would like to upgrade to a 32” monitor since I watch a lot of films that are stored on my pc. Ideally I would like a monitor with a higher refresh rate. I have been told I can use an HDTV for this. My video card (SAPPHIRE HD5870 1GB GDDR5 PCIE Game Edition) has Dual DL-DVI-I+DP+HDMI, Triple Display Support.

I am considering this Sony product:

However in the product manual on page 17 it seems to imply that the pc inputs will only offer 60hz.refresh rate even using HDMI.
Are there any 32” products either stand alone pc monitors or HDTV’s that will give me a higher refresh rate? I’m not interested in watching TV, just using this as a pc monitor.
