What should I get my girlfriend for her birthday?

She is turning 43 in February, and I’m having the hardest time deciding what to do or buy for her. She loves cars, football, live music and tools. She’s a tomboy, but she also likes to get dressed up and go out for a night on the town every now and then. Every year on her birthday I try to do something extra special to tell her how much she means to me. I would love some ideas!

Also, we just moved to Chicago and if anyone knows of a special place I could take her that would be great.
