What is the best (or worst) insult you ever were a witness to?

A friend of mine and I take great pride in our ability to insult each other. I used to work with him, and we would just throw them back and forth at each other all day long. The best one that I can remember was when I called him “A waste of sperm.” It was so good I even heard my boss around the corner say “Ouch!”
My question is this:
