Do you watch "The Biggest Loser"?

Here’s a section of an article I’m writing. I’ve only had the show described to me and I’d like to know if there’s anything untrue about what I’ve written.
“For 13 weeks the contestants’ only task is to lose weight. They’re secluded on a special ranch away from all the daily distractions we’re all faced with. Their meals are prepared for them and personal trainers lead them through a strenuous exercise routine with them daily. They don’t have to think and make any choices. They just do what they’re told and eat what they’re given. ”
