How do I come on to a guy?

he goes to my school (community college) & every time we see each other, we just look at each other (you know that LOOK?). Sometimes I smile slyly at him and quickly take my Blackberry from my pocket and keep busy. We have no friends in common, he’s cute & i want to get to know him.Please help me because i don’t know how to come on to him.
