What stretches/things can I do to help the pain in my lower back?

I was out shoveling snow (with a friend) in my neighborhood for money and we did around 15 houses and driveways. But now, my lower back is killing me – we were bending over a lot, as shovelers know.
What can I do to help it stop hurting?
