What is the cheesiest way ask out a girl?

My friend and i love to tease each other by being cheesy. we think its funny and cute to do. i tried asking her out a couple weeks ago, and she made a deal that she’d say yes, only if i got her a white rose and asked on valentines day. now im drawing blanks in what to actually say to make it official when i give her the rose. i wanted to explain to her that i couldn’t think of anything, so im settling on the cheesiest line in the book, but im drawing blanks on that line. any ideas?
