Can I download the contacts from my Motorola i670 cell phone?

I have a Motorola i670 cell phone and would like to have a back up list on my p.c. of the names and numbers I have saved in contacts, but don’t want to spend the time it would take to type each and every one individually unless absolutely necessary. Do you know of any program or some way that I could download the names & numbers programmed in my phone? Maybe to a spreadsheet or even Windows Notepad? My wireless carrier is Sprint if that makes a difference. Thank you for your time!
