How well does Germ X work?

Due to my nephew in the house having a disease that is quite dangerous we have to use Germ X constantly. I don’t mind it, but today I found something that frustrated me about using it and got me wondering how well it actually works.

As many of you know I’m a guitarist and when I sat down to play today I discovered my hands feeling sticky or quite a bit of friction, ect… They didn’t feel right and in fact didn’t feel that, well, clean.

So how well is this Germ X working? Does it work like it supposed to and having grimy feeling hands just a side effect of the use. I often feel as though it’s just not enough and would much rather wash my hands.
