Does anyone know anything about the process of do-it-yourself divorces in Texas?

I am attempting to divorce my ex myself without an attorney. I contacted a woman who placed an ad on Craigslist. She was a total scammer, although I did get the paperwork I needed. I cut my ties with her and turned in the forms myself to the courthouse. I was expecting to receive a court date but they did not give me one and said that they could not answer any legal questions. I don’t know what to do!! Anyone know how anything about how divorce works in Texas, or perhaps of any legit websites where I can get an answer from a legal specialist?
