What is the best way to deal with a nosey over friendly neighbor ?

Every few months,I visit my aunt and stay for a few weeks,her next door neighbor looks and acts like Mrs. Kravitz from Bewitched
It’s as if she has a radar that detects when anyone is outside,she always has to come out and starts yapping,asking endless personal questions and stays with you no matter what. I went out for 5 minutes to the opposite side of the house,not near her home to water the plants and sure enough,she came out. It has gotten so bad that every time I leave the house I have to leave the area immediately if I delay for just a few seconds to put water/oil in my car ,,,she comes out ! If I have friend stop by ,,she comes out to greet them as if they are coming over to see her.
I keep having fantasies of yelling at her: “Lady,get your @$$ inside,don’t you have a F*g life that you have to keep harassing people” and then taking an aluminum bat to her @$$ !
*My aunt told me when she first came to see the house with the real state lady,the lady neighbor came out to greet them before they even turned the engine off, staid with them the entire time and continued to do so every single time they would come back for anything at all,,,she was there when my aunt signed all the paperwork.
What would be a good way to deal with Mrs Kravitz without taking a cattle prod to her.
PS: She has a son and a female “cousin” “wink,wink” that lives with her so she cannot be that lonely !
