Portable office/file cabinet/laptop case?

Hello all, I am looking for ideas for a traveling “office”.
Visiting clients by car, subway and foot, I sometimes have to cart around:
1) Laptop
2) Approx 10-inch stack of paperwork/files
3) Portable printer (HP Officejet H470)
Now I lug three boxes bungied to a two-wheeled cart. Very clumsy and ugly.
Anybody know a better solution?
