Multiple 10K celebration posts. How do we avoid it?

I watched lucillelucillelucille turn 10k, and while I posted a celebration post, someone else beat me to it. Is there a better way to designate who should host the question? I certainly don’t mind the other post, but it would be a shame if a new Privateer was ignored!
