What happened to my Mac?

I installed Parallels and Windows XP on my Mac yesterday and this morning I noticed that the dark colours weren’t showing up properly. Instead, there were some fluorescent flashing green stripes. My laptop seems to be working fine, the only thing that’s not right are the colors.

I’m not even sure if you can see it or if it’s just a problem of mine.
What could have caused this and how can I get it fixed?
