Do women who are physically fit create more testosterone than women who are only as active as the average person?

Asked by Bronny (714points) March 18th, 2010

I am a big into fitness and working out etc, and I have noticed a pattern in my strength training that whenever I plateau and go up in weights, up in reps, or make it harder in anyway, I get bursts of adrenaline and feel like I could tear things apart with my teeth. I feel like I might even waddle around like those big beefy guys with humongous thigh muscles.

I have heard about endorphins etc, but I can’t be the only one who’s blood runs fast and hot during a work out?
