When I drink anything with liquor in it, I turn red and get splotchy. What is going on?

I mainly just have red wine when I have a drink, but every now and then I will have a margarita or a rum and coke. Last night I had 1 mixed drink, and by the time I got home my face was bright red, and I had splotches all over my face, neck, chest, and a little on my arms!!! It went away after a couple of hours, but I can’t figure out what it is. This has happened several times, all with various liquor. (vodka, rum, tequilia etc) I used to drink mixed drinks in college, and NEVER had this problem before. This has just been happening over the past year. (I am 28 by the way)
