How can I heal the tiny cuts inside my mouth from a dental x-ray?

Asked by juniper (1910points) March 21st, 2010

I had a root canal a few days ago and now my mouth is littered with tons of tiny cuts, mostly from the x-ray tab that I bit on. The worst is on my gums, and some on the side of my mouth. This happens every time I get dental work done, and it always lasts a while.

Any ideas on something I could use to help heal the wounds more quickly? Or kind of seal them, maybe?
