Why it seems that Asian girls from Asia seem to wear more Sexy clothes?

In America, it’s rare to see normal nice girls with hot short miniskirts and fashionable sexy clothes unless they go to clubs or stuff trying to attract guys. But I’ve seen asian tourist girls and asian students from asia that come to America and they look innocent and nice people..but they wear hot miniskirts and fashionable that most American women usually don’t wear. I was surprised because oout of no where i’ve seen asian foreign students with really short fashionable shorts and boots, and stuff that some American women would think is Sluttish.

Or could it be that i see it more in Asian girls because usually there are more American Overweight women around me and around the areas that I go to and thus i don’t see the slim, fashionable women as much.

But actually, even with slim young women, i see a trend with American women that they don’t like to show legs. So most American young girls i see wear jeans, almost never skirts or fashionable sexy stuff( unless they go to night clubs or some special event )
