Read Sharepoint RSS feed in Google Reader?

Looking for a solution to read Microsoft Sharepoint RSS feeds from within Google Reader. From what I understand is the problem the authentication that is needed to read your sharepoint stuff. I have tried freemyfeed and a few yahoo pipes without success. Any help would be appreciated!
