What do I need to know as a career changing student, to start medical school in the US?"?

i want to study MBBS in USA.
I am a Production Engg. graduate from India.i am interested in studying medical.
i have not appeared for 12th std. so please suggest me the proper way to opt for MBBS in USA with the details of colleges, scholarships, part time jobs..
