Ladies, do you use your man as an excuse for things?

Craigslist and eBay are wrought with men claiming:

“My wife says it must go”... “My wife says I have too many toys”... “My wife says it’s either her or the motorcycle”... “My wife says it’s ugly”... “My wife says we need the room”... “My wife says get ride of it”... “My wife says…” “My wife says…”

I don’t know if this is an excuse, or if the wives are really complaining so much. And perhaps I’m shopping in the wrong categories, but I can’t think of one instance where the woman claims “My husband says… it must go”.

Do you use your man as an excuse? Does your man complain to you about getting rid of things he doesn’t like? Do you complain to him about stuff you don’t like?
