How do you build a rabbit hutch?

So.. I have two of the most adorable rabbits in the world right now.
My parents weren’t thrilled when I brought them home, but I can keep them on the condition that I build a rabbit hutch. Rabbits live outside. Not in my house.

Problems are:
1. I don’t know how to build one. I built stables by myself if that helps.
2. They are pretty big. Holland Lops for you rabbit people. About the size of a house cat for everyone else.
3. We don’t have a fence… and my neighborhood isn’t the best. How can I keep them safe from people?
