What ways to tell if a women is looking at a guy while with her boyfriend?

my girlfriend looks guys up and down, cant keep eye contact eyes always stray to the person she is looking at while trying to maintain eye contact, and cars with nice rims that are expensive she follows the car with her eyes trying not to turn her head…. and deny it everytime even if im looking right at her…..
