Will eating only broccoli for 8 days straight be harmful to my health?

I’ve tried losing weight (changed lifestyle, went vegan for 1 year, exercised blabla) and succeeded
I’ve tried building muscle (a lot of protein, free weights blabla) succeeded
I’m trying to lose the fat while maintaining the muscle mass I’ve gained.
I know it’s not healthy, and too much of anything is bad. But I’m trying to make weight for something by next Friday. (I don’t care if I gain the weight back, I’m gonna start eating healthy again after this)
But will I experience any issues if I eat Only broccoli (with diff dressings)
-while working out (regular stuff I do) plus a lot of cardio (which I’m not doing at the moment)
besides the obvious [insert fart joke here]
